Purchases made on Shop.GitaBike.com may be returned within 30 days of shipping.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund or exchange
- All items must be returned in their original box and/or packaging
- Items must be new, not mounted or installed
- Items must be unaltered an in original packaging
- All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender

FAQ's
I purchased an item on sale, am I able to return it?
All items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and ineligible for return. We do have items that are on sale but not marked Final Sale. These items are eligible for return.
The tracking on my package says it was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
There may be a delay in receiving your shipment, even if it says it has been delivered. Please check surrounding areas and ensure the package has not been delivered to a leasing office or neighbor, if possible. If your package has not arrived within 24 hours of receiving a delivery notice, please email us. All delivery issues must be reported to us within 7 business days.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
Should you receive a damaged item or item(s) in error, please reach out to us email us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss replacement or return options.
REFUND PROCESS
- Most returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date they are received to our warehouse.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
